Returns & Refunds Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a standard return, merchandise must be:

Unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components.

Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number.

Approved for return before being shipped back.

The following items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

RC vehicles that have been assembled, operated, or used.

Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged.

Tires that have been mounted, glued, or used.

Products damaged through improper installation, misuse, or normal racing wear.

Special-order or custom-ordered products clearly identified as nonreturnable before purchase.

These restrictions do not limit remedies available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products under applicable law.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, appears defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at nitrogridrc@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs when available.

NitroGridRC will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or assistance with a manufacturer warranty, as applicable.

Customers must contact NitroGridRC before returning merchandise.

Once a return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Please do not send merchandise back without receiving return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard change-of-mind returns.

If NitroGridRC ships an incorrect product or is responsible for an order fulfillment error, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including return shipping where necessary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Once returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method, using PayPal, generally within 5 business days after approval.

Additional time may be required for PayPal or the customer's financial institution to make the funds available.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect refunds required by applicable law.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable shipping charges.

International customers must contact NitroGridRC before returning merchandise.

For standard change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for international return shipping, customs documentation, and applicable return-related charges.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees paid to third parties may not be refundable by NitroGridRC.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to international orders.

Some products may include warranties provided by their manufacturers.

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. NitroGridRC can assist customers in identifying applicable warranty information.

Normal wear, racing damage, improper installation, and product modifications may not be covered by manufacturer warranties.
